Problem with Dolphin v102

This can be stupid question, but I need to ask it: I have Dolphin v102 and some games for it (Super smash melee for example) and it doesn't work quite good. Its SO SLOW! when I start game there is time for coffee break until it gets into main menu. Same is in other things, andwhen I start new match whole dolphin+game stop!

So is it in my computer or in dolphin? the problem i mean? How can I fix that prob?

Probaly, or then it isn't. Is the game NTSC or PAL?
