Problem when loading rom in Pj64 1.5 final

When i tried to load Smash bros. on my p\j64 1.5 , an error pops out saying " Unhandled R4300i OpCode at: B13FFF08 sync , STopping emulation "
What does this mean and how do i fix this?

seems like a bad rom. try to make sure it is a good rom and if it isn't then use the bad to good patches.
