problem.. major flicker in game star wars - shadows of the empire

Pentium 4 CPu 1600MHZ
1.61 ghz
512MB of ram
NVIDIA GeForce4 MX 4000
driver version 6.6.9.3

When I play star wars - shadows of the empire game flickers and freezes.
In other games colors will be off and sound gets distorted.

Please can anyone help.

first of all, what plugin are you using? I remember having that problem with Jabos, but RiceDaedalus 5.9.9 works perfect on my brothers computer which has considerably lower stats than yours.
