Well i was going to wait until I had finished, but me and my friend are making an N64 emulator, and its relase should be some time towards the end of the year. Its called PRAW64, and you can check it out at www.praw64.tk if you want. We havn't done much to the site though...

Maybe it's real, and maybe it'll be the best that ever was, but I think it would be best to keep quiet about it until you are ready to release something. Just my opinion.
