Plugin Advice

I need to know the best general plugins for my Project 64 sp1 v 2.0

My stats:
Processor: Intel Celeron 2.6GHz
512 Mb RAM
128-bit SiS 650_651_M650_M652_740
Audio: C-Media A97 Audio
Input devices: Keyboard and Axispad Pro

What Plugins would be best for my device, and where is the best place to get them? j64:

One Other Thing... I am already using n-rages direct input because it can use transfer paks for pokemon stadium 1/2 but i need to know how it's used, or if there is a better plugin with transfer pak compatability?
