okay here's the problem:

when i load of WWF no mercy it says: No hardware-accelerated Direct 3D devices were found.

can someone please give me a tutorial and/or links to download the specifac plugins that i need...

Judging from that error, I would assume that you'll need to buy a graphics card. Could you please post your computer's specifications?

Or his video card's (or integrated chip's) drivers are corrupt.
