with one exception everything in your system looks like it should get the job done. Maybe not 60 FPS all the time but then my game machine (dual P3 1000 @ 1100, Geforce 2 Ultra 1280x1024x32 2xAA) wont pull down 60 FPS all the time but it does run things smoothly.

If you read the readmes and FAQs you would have noticed that PJ64 needs a Geforce 2 to run optimally. That TNT2 is probably what is holding you back. Try reducing the resolution, color depth or turning off antialiasing. Generally reduce the eye candy and you should smooth out some. But nothing will help like upgrading that graphics card.

as the Kaoss626 said, read the docs first. check also the notes in the rom browser. it will indicate if the game your running has speed issues. also try visiting this issues.pj64.net

You have a fast processor and excellent video card, therefore I strongly recommend Project64. It works best on systems like yours. You should try others as well really (1964 is well worth getting as well as it fixes some irritating timing problems) Nemu is worth it for the netplay alone. All emus have their pros and cons, but for your system, Project64 would give you accurate emulation (esp. sound-wise)
