Ok i can say with my hand on my heart that:
1) i dont know where you can get the v70
2) I really Have no Interest in it either

The place you should be looking is the x-box places or follow the links from the official place pj64-x started Here .

PJ64 N64 Emulator Team has nothing to do with this pj64-x Emu and offers no support for it either.
