Wow. Either that's a good cut & paste job, or lots of newbies will be happy! That's one of the most asked about games lately! I don't really care that much (I used to), but it would be cool to see it working. I always liked RE2 better than the rest...
Uhh...the problem is not so much w/ the vid plugin...Somebody said it was because the game uses MP3 Audio and different video formats than the rest for it's cut-scenes.
EDIT:
The reason resident evil doesn't work is because it uses unemulated compression routines/mp3 audio clips/ and movies. simply none of those are emulated or are known how to be emulated by anyone.
no i can get it to work that far, but so what, it's not playable. aprentice if you're going to do that why not have some sort of point, like "this is what i did to get it this far, but i can't get any further".
