Hello, ive been having problems with MarioKart 64, it seem that the emulator stops at random times (very jerky) now ive tried diferent g-plug ins and stuff but it seem to be the emulator, in 1964 i dont have this error but in the other hand the grafics are just bad (with rice, i get a lot of garbage on screen), i wonder if i can use the jabos plug in in 1964? O yeah i read the Faq and read that disabeling the ADVANCE LINK something, in the emulator options could stop the jerkyness, but no luck. and yes i have read all the other stuff that can cause the jerkyness and still no hope, that why i come for you're help :bye3: .

Did you try Jabo's D3D7 1.40 or Jabo's D3D6 1.5.1 (these solve the pausing issue introduced in 1.5)? Other than that Direct64 is good with MK64.

this one ive tried >> Jabo's D3D6 1.5.1, i think that installs with the service pack, yes, i check it is the same one, no luck, o yeah i also put the update that you (clements) uploaded (thats wen i tried rice but again no luck)
now the Jabo's D3D7 1.40 i havent tried but is this newer or later version? i guess of the ''D7'' must be directx7 compat? right?

The older D3D7 plugin may work better for you so is worth a shot. You can get this plugin by downloading the 1.4 version of Project64.

The D3D7 part does mean that it uses DX7, but this does not necessarily make it the better plugin overall, but in Mario Kart a pausing issue was introduced into the 1.5 plugin, so in this case the D3D7 plugin is better.
