Pj64 1.3 and Voodoo3 in Win2k

I can't get pj64 working in Win2k with my Voodoo 3 2000, it says that it can't initialize my HAL device with Jabo's Gfx plugin.
My system spec is:
P3 600
196MB ram
Voodoo3 2000 latest driver from 3dfx
DirectX 8.0
I getted it to work in WinME, but now for a reason I need to have old out of date drivers in ME (read zelda section, supraHle problem),
so I know pj is really great j64:
Someone knows what to do?

get the latest drivers from www.3dfx.com

they fixed alot of the drivers!! and they work and look awsome in 1964_070, when playing mario tennis!!!! just go the site and get the 3rd party dx8 update drivers!!

get it to run the zelda642 mom!!! usa ver. and how do you add the other cpu opcodes?? if i can do that than i should be able to it to run!!
