Pj 64 Problem!!!!

mY PJ64 BEFORE IT STARTS TELLS ME "Direct 3D failed to initialize your hal device" somebody help me this has never happened to me before

What is your DX version and your graphic card?

I had the same problem. Either recofigure the plug-in or download the latest version of PJ64. The latter solved my problem.
