Perfect Dark: Black screen after intro

Perfect Dark is starting properly, but after or maybe during (I don't know when the intro ends) the intro, I will get a black screen and nothing happens any longer.

I'm using this ROM of Perfect Dark:

You just violated the rules of the forum by posting an eDonkey link to a rom. I suggest you remove it now.

If you wanted to uniquely identify your ROM, a scan with GoodN64 or the CRC/MD5 hash would have sufficed.

What happens if you try to skip the intro with Start?

The game works perfect, if i skip the intro with Start.
But the Intro didn't run properly (also Video and Audio are not synchronously).
