What Graphics plugin is best for Paper Mario? Are there any that can run it perfectly? I'm currently using an ATI Radeon 9550 for video card.

Glide64 works with Paper Mario almost perfectly. It has a few graphical glitches, but nothing that will hinder the experience. It's definitely the best plugin for Paper Mario.

IIRC, the status page is kinda screwed up.

With Mupen64/Glide64 (and with "get FB info") there is no glitches..maybe try turning on "read every frame"...but be prepared for a possible speed decrease...
