Paper Mario problems..

I know this has already been talked about, but I didn't understand the responses. My Paper Mario game flickers on and off during certain areas, and it's very annoying. I heard someone say something about Jabo's D3D 1.3 plugin, and, I downloaded that, but I don't know what to DO with it. Someone, help. Thanks in advance.

Flickering only occurs in Jabo's plugins right now. Most other plugins do not flicker, Rice's Video/Glide64 should work good with this game in particular if the flickering really bothers you.
