ive read in the forums that these help wit slowness (sometimes) ..but wen i do press + or - nothing changes wit the fps ..ive only runned 2 games on chankast (sf3 3rd strike and mvc2) i dont have to change the speed for mvc2 cuz its good as it is ..but sf3 3rd strike is slow (like slow motion a little)

anyone knows why wen i press + or - nothing happens ?

Because often times if does not affect fps while sometimes it does. It seems to also be very game-dependant, whether or not there is an actual change in the fps.

If the CPU value increases/decreases, then it's "working".

yea i got it, i was pressing the wrong plus/ minus on the keyboard ..i do see the cpu increase /decrease wen i press and u can notice a slight change in the performance or the games ..however sf3 3rd strike (pal fixed) is still slow but im not complaining bout it cuz if i really waNTED to play it , i should jus go and buy a dreamcast and the game lol

though it wouldnt mind hearing anyone thoughts/suggestions bout this slownest in sfiii 3rd strike

Mine is slow too. Too be more accurate, mine actually starts off fast, like 100+ fps. Then after about 30 secs to 1 min of playing, the fps drastically drops down to below 20 fps. When i muck around with the "+" and "-", the fps seems to drop as i press the "+" and vice versa. Anyone got any ideas on what's happening? I also tried with the capcom hack on and off.
