Opposite Speed problem?

ok so im trying to play a puzzle game but the blocks are like flying down on the board... how do i slow the game down? in the help file it seemed to only say how to speed things up

Try enabling the frame limiter, or sync game to audio in the audio plugin config.

if that's Wetrix.. get the latest rdb, might fix it (i can't remember exactly). or what Clements said.
