Open ROM in Project 64 via command line?

I'm using the myHTPC interface to launch emulators. This allows me the option of two things. It can catalogue a list of files based on their extension that I provide in a directory I name and then have it either launch using the default app (much like double-clicking on any single file) or by a command line type string (ie pj64.exe mario). Can this be setup somehow in this emulator or any other n64 emulator?

Yes, pj64.exe game works. No other emulator supports it, however.

The only way I am able to execute a game via the command line as it stands right now is by using the full path of the rom after the executable. I have set the Rom path in the GUI mode. I need to somehow be able to launch the game via only the rom name and not the entire path to the rom. Any suggestions?

There's but one solution. Get the rom directory and automatically append it; otherwise there's no solution.
