Could be one of two things:
  • Graphics card is below spec.
  • Graphics card drivers/Direct X need updating.

List your specs and then it will be easy to recommend what you can do to solve the problem.

PrtScn to capture the entire screen and Alt + PrtScn to capture the active window. Then paste into Paint and save as a jpeg.

Okay, I see you are using Intel graphics which Jabo's plugin works quite badly with.

To improve the graphics for this game, I'd use Glide64 + eVoodoo to get rid of the errors. (Both can be found in the download section)

To set this up, you need to extract the eVoodoo files into the Project64 directory and extract Glide64 to the plugin directory of PJ64. After selecting Glide64 from the settings it'll work better, but not perfect still.

I recommend using either:
-Glide64 0.42 + eVoodoo 3.99 Beta
OR
-Glide64 0.5 + eVoodoo 4/Nemesis

Whichever works best for you.

I don't like to tell you this, the Intel 82815 is video hardware is definitely the cause of the major GFX corruption. There's also a majorly high likelyhood that Mario Kart 64 will have GFX corruption too, the balloons looking like white squares instead.
