oh my god i'm about to snap over SVC Chaos: SNK vs. Capcom

alright i wanna say i was able to finnd SVC Chaos for Neo Geo, even came with WinKawaks. but for some weird and stupid reason it wont run. when i go to load game it doesnt even show up on the list. and i cant seem to find it for the arcade (which i read some wheres you can get MAME32 to run neogeo, how i dont know) but anyway, can someone please help me out? if theres a certain emulator to use or what let me know......going insane trying to look up how to use it.

1) kawaks isn't supposed to come with games
2)svc chaos: snk vs. capcom isn't supported by kawaks
3)mame runs neogeo games just fine - assuming it is compiled to support that particular game (ie the first few metal slug games play but not metal slug 5 as it is too new)

Okay, can someone please post a link to this 1.46 Loader? I've been hitting up google and downloading files, and none of them will load SNK Vs. Capcom SVC Chaos.
