ODD graphic glitch in Marvel vs Capcom 2

Can anyone help me figure out why my mvsc2 looks like this? my setup is phenom x6 1100t and a gtx 550 ti. I can play most games without hiccup or issues.

The intro wording has chopped off letters and odd sizes. The character sprites will have sections go missing and reappear. im on 0.581
