noob help [skies of aracadia]

Hey, i got chankast and a bios and my skies of arcadia won't work. I tried making an iso with isobuster but it didn't work. Running from the cd doesn't work either, i just get an audio track that doesn't play. How can i get an ISO/it to work, and what programs do i need?

Are you using Windows 2000? If yes, chankast is not fully compatible with the Windows 2000 ASPI drivers. You should wait for the next version.

Also try looking in the compatibility list on this forum if the game works.

If it is the Echelon backup this is a known issue as it does not run! If it is the original GD rom it will not run! And if you made it yourself be sure to make it selfbooting!

i have windows xp, and an athlon XP 2600+ with SSE, 256mb ram. I think it is the GD-rom, how can i get it to work then?

if it is the original Dreamcast Game it will not run because a standard CD drive cannot read these disks! Please read the FAQ or use the search engine as this really is a n00b question, you will need a special cable to backup your image from your DC.

Grant has a point, i think you should read up on how to get your game to work, theres lots of information around on how to do it. at the moment this game has some annoying crashes, hoping the next version of chanka will get it fixed.
