no speech on Choas Break

Hi again
I have a problem with Chaos break.
I can't hear the speeches in the game(Beside when you select a character)
Emulator: ePSXe 1.5.2
Sound Config menu: All on beside the last one
Plug in: Eternal SPU Plugin 1.41
Audio Device: Direct sound(buffer=32)

Audio out: SPUasync (mode=Smooth)

Misc: Catch VAG decode is on
Fine tune=0
Reverb= Neill's
Spacial game fix: Update before accessing register & SPU IRQ - wait CPU action are on

EDIT:
ok Some Sound effects/music channels doesn't work as well (just ran it with my PS2)
switching to PSXeven 0.19 didn't help

This problem happens in a lot of games. Usually switching to PSXeven works with it, but since that didn't work, you can try using the DELTA frontend with your emulator. Have you tried using ePSXe 1.6 for the game?

I don't know that delta frontend, what is it?
and Using ePSXe 1.6.0 is a problem since Im playing Final Fantasy IX, I will only swap for a last resault

I googled Delta, Downloaded it, and it didn't help

The curiosity got the best of me
I Upgraded to ePSXe 1.6.0 and to no avail
