No audio - speed limit

Just wondering if there's some way of limiting the game speed to 100% with Empty AICA plugin, using nullDC. I'm trying to play while listening some music, but with Empty AICA, the game runs fast as hell. Is there a way to limit the game speed with sound off?

And why, oh God, why doesn't nullDC have its own forum?

No, as the audio/video sync comes from sound plugin settings (in this case, lack of such a setting).
