Newbie requestion assistance

Ok, so I have Chankast unpacked, a DC BIOS that my friend gave me (where he got it from, I didn't ask) and Daemon Tools installed.

I used DiscJuggaler and made a CDI of my PSO disc, mounted it to the virtual drive Daemon Tools created and set Chankast to load from the virtual drive... but heres the problem. I don't see the typical DC start-up graphics, and Chankast either dumps me into the CD player OR to the "First-Time Setup" screen, neither of which show any text at all.

My thinking is that the BIOS is messed up or the CDI is, but I can't figure out which it is.

Anyone have any thought?

i had this problem before u should use another bios! google is your friend...

Yeah, that's a sign that your bios is corrupted. Only fix is a new uncorrupted version.

here is the solutions...just download emule software or you email me..i''ll send the bios..Guys guest what just use utopia boot v1.2 or v1.3 mount with daemon 3.29 only will actually starts chankast with moose or deer logo..and just unmounted it and mount iso or cdi game image..then wait for few seconds.the game will automatically starts...that's it now you can play chankast dreamcast ([email protected])

This is treading on very thin ice according to forum rules. There is (as far as I know) supposed to be no BIOS requests or info or assistance on how to get a BIOS. Are you trying to get these guys sued by Sega?
