new sound system

OK, by my next paycheck (yeah gokuss4 finally got a job), I should have enough money to buy myself a new sound system for my computer. That's my main priority right now, since I figure the sound blaster x-fi fatal1ty will last for a damn long time, with it's 64MB X-Ram and EAX 5.0 support.. So here's what I plan to get for my speakers. It'll be a huge upgrade from my Creative inspire 2.1 T2900 and sound blaster live! 5.1

The sound card is good choice IMO as i have always used Creative Sound Cards and all of them have been of great quality.

I can also assure you speakers made by logitech are pretty good as i have the z5500 5.1 Speakers at my PC, altough if i were you i'd wait a bit longer and save money to get at least the z5300 (http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.asp?Item=N82E16836121121), as the X-530 kinda lack power

OK the X-530 5.1 system, Its the system I have, I would recomend it to anyone. It has very good sound quality, especially for its price. It may only be 140 watt peak, but still nice and loud for just being in a room (like a living room.) I have never heard it at full blast because iTunes does not support 5.1. The subwoffer is also good, its not huge and heavy, but can still put out nice clear bass. The only problem is that the cords for the speakers should be longer, but you could probably find extensions if you needed them. As for the sound card, I dont know much about them. I got an onboard 5.1 and the sound quality is still sounds really good. So for the speakers, I say go for it.
