NetGear Filter?

Some sites I go to wont load it just says "Blocked By NetGear Filter":huh: I cant recall ever installing such a program and I cant find it in Add/Remove Programs. Can somebody help me? lain:

Well, NetGear is a producer of network cards, it could be a part of your network card driver. It could be on a block on a router as well if you have one of those.

Hmm, depends. How old are you? lol, no seriously I dont have enough knowledge of NetGear equipment to tell you that.

Actually, now that I think about it. How old are you really? Its near impossible to accidentally install a parental lock. Even if you install a software firewall or a router with one built in, it is turned off by default in pretty much all cases. If you installed one and set a password, you would know about it. If your parents installed one, we shouldnt be helping you crack it... and as I check your profile I notice you were carefull to omit your birth year.

I'm sorry this is all too shady for me. I'm gonna have to close this thread, but its unlikely that you would have gotten a decent answer anyway. Its too hard to know where the lock is located without being at the keyboard to find it.
