I'm new to this forum as you can see and I have read the rules but if I bend some of them I am sorry.
I downloaded dolphin, I have Animal Crossing iso and everything works, but not to my "specifications". I get slow framerates when playing but the game still works. I'm sure my computer specs meet all the requirements for dolphin but just in case I'll post them. Geforce 6800, Intel Pentium D 2.66, 1.2 gig ram, SoundBlaster live sound card.
Are there any settings that can get me better frames? I tried messing around with the gfx settings but it's still the same.

Actually, you are missing something rather imortant to getting Dolphin to run full speed. Your CPU is far, far to slow. From what I've seen and heard, even if you had a 5ghz CPU, it wouldn't be nearly enough. I'm fairly certain that you need something closer to 7ghz CPU (probably faster) to run full speed. Next time, try reading the FAQ, as questions like this are often addressed in there.

Sorry, but if you were expecting to actually play GC games, you came to the wrong place. That's why they sell Gamecubes in the stores. Hopefully, they sell them for cheap enough that buying one is a viable option. Mouser X over and out.

Hi,

I need some help. Whenever I try to play a game on Dolphin 1.3, I get a "VI unknown write32" message. I don't know what this means.
