Need help with FPS for Rival Schools 2

I loved the game in arcades (only played the first game) and I can't find the game for PSone anywhere and it runs great and everything but the FPS is kinda slow and it's hard to enjoy the game with as slow as it is. It's goin like 18-30 fps and is sluggish. How do I increase the FPS for the game. I tried Capcom Hack and it didn't help. Using Chancast .025 alpha.

The only thing you can do (which has a chance of not helping at all) is to overclock/underclock the CPU with +/-.

It's a good thing to keep the Capcom Hack enabled with all Capcom games. The option isn't there just for looks.

It didn't work. Thanks for the help but I just decided to try out my dreamcasts again even though they haven't worked for months. I was shocked to find out though that IT DID. Since these games are selfbootable anyway they work on my DC YAY. HUZZAH. I'll see if my second DC still works too later. BOOYA.
