I can't find it ANYWHERE!! I've searched google only TWO searches came up and when I went their, the file wasn't there.

I need this to play Banjo Tooie someone help PLEASE!

please use the latest RDB, thats the only way we can collectively solve problems and improve knowledge,
Clements i know you're trying to help but i'd rather you didn't post older betas.
this particular problem is complicated enough without people applying imaginary fixes!
