Naruto 3 not loading?

Ok I i've got a problem with dolphin that I just can't seem to resolve.. and the problem is that everytime I try and load up naruto 3 in dolphin I just get a screen with a red rectangle and a white one under it .. or something like that and I confused because it says that it works perfectly with the emulator. I'm mounting it and everything I do seems as if i'm doing it right and i'm sure it is.. because I booted up the resident evil 4 trial and pictures showed, but on this one it dosent.

if my memory dont fail me you need use the option "Shrink" and the emulator will create a new .gcm more compatible, you should run this new .gcm
