n00b q: No memory blocks available?

OK, I read the FAQ and did a search, but I can't figure out how to/load save games. The game I'm playing is Soul Calibur. After loading it says "Not enough memory found on VM, Soul Calibur requires 9 blocks..." I downloaded VMS Browser but don't know what to do with it. Do I need to download a saved game too? What am I doing wrong?

hey i kinda have the same problem im playing jet grind radio and when i start it up it sais no vmu detected u cannot save game without it blah blah blah. is there sumthing u have to do to enable or disable the memory card?

Well, you need to go to the bios, to do that you need to run the emulator with any cd inside, then go to "files" and you will see a memory card in the control pad 1, only format it, and it's all.

unmount your virtual drive, or your cd-rom making sure that chankast cannot run a game but only the bios, in there select the vms icon and format the memory card.

or you have run out of memory blocks? then simply cut and paste your vsm.bin file somewhere other than your chankast directory. then format your memory card again.
