i use n-rage imput plugin and put visual rumble on settings (i don`t have a gamepad just a keyboard) and everytime the rumble acts it flashes the menu bar; in an older thread i saw that instead of flickering that bar the effect was making keypad lights (num,scroll,etc.) flashing i don`t know if the effect is correct on 1964 or if my settings aren`t ok
