hi i love the n64 and was wondering if there was a way to make project 64 playable on the psp
Especially since all he did was ask a question.. and he did it in a half decent manner.aibrubusfosusej said:And Geez Maleez, Don't be so hard on the guy
NO! Do not trust every forum post you read. You do realize that was not part of the article, right. There is not N64 emulator on PSP. There may be one in the future, but it will not be ble to work anywhere close to full speed. You see, a lot of the Progress on N64 emus and their speed can be attributed to computer hardware getting more powerful. That is not going to happen for the PSP. As for PSX games being playable, those would be ports rather than emulated.robjanos said:Hi There has to be a N64 Emulator for psp because at these to sites
they state there is one. Ive looked everywear on google and no success
in finding any. But here are two sites that claim there is one.

I wondered when a GP2X fan would have jumped on:happy:. I'm not going to throw out a post that starts a flame war or anything but opinions are opinions of course. Some people believe Sony's PSP (Worldwide Distributed) is better at emulation, some believe the GP2X (Korea Distributed) is better at emulation, this is of course upon the opinion of the user. I have a Pocket PC and I think it's alot better at running emus like Playstation. Is it true? Again... this is upon the user discretions, opinions, and views. I believe all handheld systems have their good points and bad points of course. All in all the answer for all of them still rings true... We will not see N64 emulation on a handheld for quite sometime unless PROVEN otherwise, not by words but by a program to try out. If the moderators/administrators would like to end this thread so that further speculation does not come up, a lock down would not offend me at all. Note that I'm not trying to shoot threads downFloW3184 said:if you guys want to an emulator friendly portable gaming mashine: buy a GP2X (cheaper then PSP)
There you can play Playstation games with Frameskip 0 @ 60 fps (2D games run 60fps without frameskip, 3d games slower)
but SNES is even now better playable then on PSP
and that with less Mhz on the CPU and only C++
PSP will never even be able to play Playstation1 3d games in fullspeed. Maybe some 2d games, but never 3d.
and i think even on GP2x N64 is nonsense (and it has 64MB ram!)
