i know its an issue, beside the game it says " video[slow]"

but is there a way to make it run well? because it runs too slow to be able to play properly

Well, you could try playing it on a real n64, thats the only solution because there is nothing you can do about it, its slow because of the video, and thats the known issue, if the video is slow the game is slow, end of story.
