MS Sidewinder USB

I'm having trouble with assigning buttons with the MS Sidewinder USB control pad. Whenever I assign a key, it automatically goes to (none). I've tried everything to get it working, but to no avail.

Can anyone help?

I've recently come across this problem myself.

Examining the problem, here's my take on it:
If you look at the control menu, the entries are designated with a device name, a period, and a control name.

Such as:
Keyboard.A or Keyboard.SPACE

The device name for the sidewinder (in my case at least, appears to be)
Sidewinder Game Pad Pro USB version 1.0
So the full name of a control under the plugin appears as:
Sidewinder Game Pad Pro USB version 1.0 1.Button 0

I think perhaps the extra period might be confusing it. I could be entirely wrong, but that's my guess.

I've tried renaming the device under the windows 'Gaming Options', but it gives me the message "This device can't be renamed" (So why does windows provide the option?)

Anyways... that's my two cents on the issue.

The question here is, Why Mr. Lemmy does not make "Nemu64" with others input plugins compatible?

this way the problems would finish. Because Nemu64 run perfect in my PC, Personaly I congratulate it for his great work,

I don't know what think you

(sorry for my english but i am spanish )
