MQ corrupted

I start on master quest, when I press C up in a house everythings green. I have 2 hearts. The first 2 files are named with static, and both have 20 hearts and everything, I goto open it and the framerate goe's up to 99999 and freezes. at first MQ was fine then..... do you think redownloading it from a different site would help?

Possibly it sounds like a bad rom.

No sense in downloading another rom unless you're certain the one you have now is bad (i.e. use GoodN64 first)

Hmm, scan the rom with GoodN64 first.

The static in the name selection screen might be caused by a conflict with your native save for Ocarina of Time (Not MQ). This is caused by the two games having the same internal name. Use Mupen64 or 1964, or move your OOT save out the save directory if using PJ64, or use a MQ rom with a different internal name.

The green thing inside houses sounds like an RSP problem with JPEG decompression, but could be because of a bad rom perhaps.

Im using Nemu64 v0.8. It doesn't say bad rom.

Nemu64 only uses CRC32, which is very unreliable for identifying N64 images. Also, without an up-to-date ini, the information could also be wrong. Use GoodN64 (supports SHA-1 and is much more up-to-date). Nemu64 probably explains the RSP-specific green issue.
