Got Mortal Kombat 4 some time ago. Anyway, i noticed that Mortal Kombat seemed to run a little too fast. Is it supposed to run at 60fps? And if it isn't, i think it played better at 40fps, how can i change the fps limit setting?

Yes, it is supposed to play at 60 fps, if the game is NTSC. You can't change the FPS Limit setting.

From what I understand about the N64 (and that is, not much), the game programmers can program the games for certain framerates, and so, to me, that speed seems fine,as that is probably the frame timing in which the game is programmed at, and of course, it will be extremely difficult to nigh impossible to change that.
