I'm gonna try to build a PC into an aluminium suitcase, for use as a keyboard module/sampler. So, I bought an ASUS MicroATX board and thus I need a powersupply. I have a normal ATX power supply 300W, but while looking around on the inet I see that there is specially microATX power supplies. My thoughts are that this is more size based than any power related, and it would be weird if the voltages was different, but I'm no sure...
About the PC building project, I'm hoping for it to look something like this, only better:
The way they did it will not work as good for me as things are kinda floating around in their suitcase...i need everything to be fastened...
Which brings me over to another question...the HD. I plan on having the HD inbetween the power supply and my Creative Live!Drive if there's room. That wouldn't keep much space left for free air though, at least where it's facing the power supply. But, do HDs really need much cooling, or can they get pretty hot before they say "good night"?
It will take a while before I can start on the project as the parts haven't arrived yet, but I don't have a digi cam anyway so I couldn't have posted pics for you...

How do I get the pictures to appear in the post? I use the
