You will have to find the GBA BIOS for this to work, thanks to Lobo for the info
1. Start VisualBoyAdvance
2. Go to: Options/Emulater, click (Use BIOS File)
3. Go to: Options/Emulater, click (Select BIOS File)
4. Select GBA.BIOS
5. Close VisualBoyAdvance
6. Restart VisualBoyAdvance
7. Load Metroid Fusion rom and sound will work

Are my pc specs powerful enough for gba emulation? This is lookin real nice. If not, i'll get myself a gba someday.

Yeah, get yourself a GBA for the best experience.
