Mario 64 doesn't work properly

Hello.

I got a problem running Mario 64 (Euro). When I start it there are only the graphics and all this stuff, but there's no text ! For example when I start a new game Princess toadstool should show me a letter. But I cannot read it because there's no text.
I tried other video plugIns like daedalus. they worked wonderful. The Text was shown. But now the graphic fails. Now I'm not able to play the game anymore.

What can I do ?

First tell us your pc specs so we can tell you which plugin to use.

The rom browser says it all:

[video] error(s):text;use (U) ROM.

Translation of the above post: That means that you have to use another video plugin or another version of the game.

P.S.: Before asking any questions try reading the help file first.

I tried some versions. But if I tried a US version this would not have any effect, because Mario 64 is also in German (so it's no hack).
OK Here's my system:

Pentium 4
1900 Mhz
512 MB DDR RAM
ATi Radeon 9700 Pro
Windows XP
Project 64-Emu (I think you know )

So which PlugIn should I use (especially for Mario 64) ?

glN64 0.4.1 whould be the best choice but if you have problems using it try Rice Video Plugin 5.4.3b.
