Majora's Mask - Woodfall Swamp Error

Can anyone tell me why Majora's Mask locks up when I enter the first hut in woodfall swamp. No matter what I do, every time I enter the hut the game freezes. Project 64 still appears to be running the game but I cannot do anything.

Any help or suggestions to rectify this would be greatly appreciated.

Is your Zelda Majora's Mask ROM good? Try using GoodN64 to verify it is good. This sounds like a bad ROM problem. I can get into anywhere on the game without the game freezing up.

Yeah definately check the rom with GoodN64. I guess it's bad. I had never freezes with Zelda:MM so far (and I have been in the woodfall huts a couple of times).

Thanks for that. It was the rom. I had used Fliprom on the original Z64 version. For some reasons it must of corrupted it. As far as I am aware, Project64 supports flipped roms. Anyway, using the original version now and it works fine.
