Majoras mask problem

I am having trouble with the legend of zelda mm the floors and walls mostly outside of houses and in in termail field the walls and ground is black and it ruins the fun of the game and makes it hard to find some places can anyone please help me fix it?

From the sounds of it, you have a below spec video card. Post your computer's specs (video card, sound card, processor speed, ect), but I'm pretty sure you won't get much use out of your video card. Sorry. Only suggestion if that's the case is to upgrade.

Yep, that is below spec. You'll need to either use a different plugin (Rice's Video or glN64() may work better) or upgrade to at least a DX8-compliant video card.

is there a download or something i can use to help it with project 64 i don't want to buy a new video card i don't have the money too

there is absolutely no download you can use to make the card above spec

all you can do is change to the Dx6 plugin

can you provide a link and dirctions on how to get it on project 64 becasue i am on the snowhead level and everything is black and i can't do anything please help

Jabo's Direct3D6 plugin is bundled with Project64; you can't get it anywhere else. Switch it as the active graphics plugin in Options --> Settings --> Plugins.

i did that but it only helped a little snowhead is still black every where and its impossible for me to do anything. if you can think of anything more that can help please tell me snowhead is my favorite level and as really looking foward to playing it

try Glide64 video plugin, just type "glide64" in the google search bar and it should be 1 of the first ones there. you might also want to try Mupen64 emulator if you're going to use glide because glide runs very slowly on PJ64 but the lack of cheats on Mupen64 is a downer.

other than that, i have no other advice except get a new video card.

Glide64 will probably be even worse with his card. No fragment shader support in OpenGL plus other missing OpenGL instructions.

Although I can't say for sure.

He wouldn't be able to use the Hacktarux wrapper without OpenGL 1.5 support, and he wouldn't be able to get to the main menu with eVoodoo, and so he would have to use zeckensack's to get the game to work (witout any framebuffer effects). glN64() should work MUCH better than Glide64 for him.

k i tired downloading tose but how do i get them into project 64 or make them help with it i don't know alot about emulators

Try downloading the Mupen64 emulator; it comes with the Glide64 graphics plugin and should emulate the game fine. 'Course, I can't speak for your PC very well.
