actually, thats pretty much dreaming. if the states actually get "bought out" by microsoft in that issue there is no way for them to start a whole new trial again without at least losing their faces. probably more than that ..

Hardly, if somebody over the head of the DA decides to take action, that creates a whole different game, or even if the citizens decide to elect a new DA next election period.
