F5 =save F7 =Load

EDIT:
what does this mean?
'While Processing Graphics Data and exception occured you may need to restart the emulator'

alright so there's no graphics tab, but this might be it, there's a display tab and i'll say what it says, Name: Intel(R) 82865G Graphics Controller
is that what is needed?

Yes, and I'd say that that is the problem. First off, Intel graphics chips severely lack features that the current line of N64 plugins need, hence the access violations and whatnot. Specifically, Jabo's D3D8 and other graphics plugins need pixel and vertex shaders, which the Intel chip lacks.

Try Jabo's Direct3D6 plugin and see if that helps or read this: http://www.pj64.net/main/support/manual/troubleshooting.html#411
