Describe the Problem:
When trying to load an old save state from 1964 0.8.5, 1964 0.9.9 pops up
the message "Failed in creation of Play buffer 1", then crashes with the
usual microsoft debug dialog
How to Make this Problem Happen:
run a rom, Make a save state in version 0.8.5, then try to load it with
0.9.9.
How Often Does this Problem Happen?:
Always.
Rate the Problem [Not Serious; A Minor Distraction; Annoying; Urgent]:
Urgent, Basicly, if someone relys only on save states, this is not
good.
