I just download the newest version of dolphin r253,but when I open the emulator I got the error:"Failed to load plugin Plugins/Plugin_PadSimple.dll-unkown error",and:"Failed to load plugin Plugins/Plugin_VideoDX9.dll-unkown error",I download again the emulator,but errors is the some,help????????

That's a simple fix my friend, just download the latest directx redistributable, install it and then that problem should be fixed.
