Is there a way to play games on this emu LEGALLY? When yes, how?

I know, No PC can read The discs, But why is it out when nobody can launch it Legally? I hope i become a soon answerlain:

You can play games legally with Dolphin, trust me!

It's perfectly legal to use an emaultor to play games. To be legal you'd have to own the actual system so that you could get the bios(actually I don't think you need the bios for GC emulators), plus you'd have to copy your own games to your computer yourself in order to be legal.

If you arn't doing that, then you're illegal, not the emulator.

So basically it's only illegal if you download more then just the emulator.If the emulator is the only thing you downloaded it's perfectly legal to use.

Emulators are perfectly legal. You can legally play a game on an emulator provided that you own the actual game and or you've made a backup of the game you own (whether this backup be a ROM image or a CD/DVD image). Playing PD games on any emulator is legal. You can freely distribute Public Domain games on the Internet.

It is illegal to download a ROM image or a CD/DVD image from the Internet, even if you happen to own the game in question. Of course, it is illegal to distribute ROM image or CD/DVD image on the Internet without the copyright holder's explicit permission

I know but how can i install MY LEGAL GAMECUBE DISCS on the PC? somehow copying on a normal Compact disc?

You don't "install", you rip the disc into an image and run that in Dolphin. Don't ask how to do that though. Use Google.

If you donwload emulator and ripper to get games and play them on PC you're illegal? How anyone can get game disc images on the computer without any rippers?

If you rip your own games using different tools, it is not illegal. If you download a GameCube game that someone else ripped, then it's illegal.
