Currently? Not really. You could check out Project64k but its based off of 1.4 and quickly became irrelavant. Kaillera isn't all that good in the first place if you ask me, but Project64k the only thing I can remember for multiplayer on PJ64. For some reason I recall it never kept sync properly. The only other Nintendo 64 emulator with Multiplayer integrations at all I've ever heard of is Mupen64k, which I've heard does alright with sync (can not confirm so don't expect much) but it is also out of date (The fork of Mupen64, 'Mupen64Plus' does not have multiplayer OR windows support at this time, either.)
So is there? If you will use PJ64 1.4s modification. Will there ever be an updated version? Not unless for some reason the sources of PJ64 1.6-1.7 get released or they implement it, both extremely unlikely from what I hear.
