Keystroke Sensitivity

Im having a bit of a problem. Im in the water temple in Zelda and because my keystrokes arent sensitive enough, I cant zero in on a time sensitive target. Is there any way to make my mouse the joystick? Or just make my keys a little more sensitive? Im playing on a laptop with the arrow keys, so im not using a controller or anything.

Any help is greatly appreciated..

IIRC, fiddle with the deadzone/sensitivity slider enough to get the desired effect.

The range slider is the one the OP wants.

Adjusting the setting as needed works, but it's a very inelegant solution. The best thing to do is to get yourself a decent controller.
